Is Direct Primary Care health insurance?

No, Midtown Primary Care is not health insurance. We provide comprehensive primary care services for a flat monthly fee. We strongly recommend pairing our DPC membership with a high-deductible plan or health-sharing ministry to cover catastrophic events.

Are there hidden fees or co-pays?

Never. Your flat monthly membership covers all standard primary care, clinical visits, telehealth, and in-office procedures. You or your employees will never receive a surprise bill or have to pay a co-pay at our clinic.

Can employees get same-day or next-day access?

Absolutely. By strictly limiting our patient panel, we guarantee your team has immediate access to care. Most appointments are available on the same or next business day, minimizing downtime and friction.

How does telehealth fit into your practice?

Telehealth is a core part of our membership. Your employees can reach us directly via text, phone, or secure video chat. This means many concerns can be resolved in minutes without the need for an office visit.

What if an employee needs specialized care?

As your dedicated primary care provider, we coordinate all necessary specialty referrals. While the cost of a specialist is outside our membership, our active care coordination ensures your employees see the right specialist quickly and effectively.
